This is a class that invites you to meet your body and breath and move through variations of the original S Workout.
Thursdays 8pm
This magical class offers two classes in one. Feeling like an hour of an S Factor based workout - wonderful, but you can also choose to add 30 minutes of breath-filled body-led movement on the pole.
Some Fridays 6pm
Questions about your own breath, movement, body position, pole tricks? After an original S workout, this time is yours to design.

This morning pop-up class is designed to softly stretch your curves awake into fiercely delicious, supported abs. For this class, you will need 2 fitness sliders. I use paper cake plates left over from birthday celebrations. You will also need 2- 9” mini exercise balls or slightly deflated toy balls.

This class is perfect for anyone looking for a different, fun online workout. and for those who are curious about embodied feminine movement? Come learn the language of your feminine energy through the movement featured in the original S Factor workout - a blend of yoga, pilates, and sensual dance.
Mondays 5pm
This 8-week series will serve as the beginning of your S Factor journey. We begin with learning sensual dance movements which will stretch and strengthen your feminine body. The we put it all together in a delicious routine. The curriculum also includes a simple sexy lap dance and sassy strip tease.
Saturdays 8:30am

This class is perfect for a group looking for a different kind of fun and for those who are curious about awakened feminine movement? Come learn the embodied movement featured in the original S Workout and then swirl around the pole. The class ends with a teacher demo. A $10 off coupon is available for first time students. This class is for students desiring to continue learning to awaken their feminine energy through embodied movement. It includes breathwork, the original S workout, Pole Instruction/Meditation, and either group or individual dances, as desired. Class Size is limited to 9 students.
